Singers from several countries have always wanted a platform that would allow them to shine internationally. The Voice is one of those reality competitions dedicated to music. Recently, a snippet of singers singing the highest notes got a lot of attention online. The snippet began with contestant “The Voice Norway,” Frode Vassel singing the song “Into the Unknown,” from the Disney movie, Frozen 2.
The talented contestant made the coaches, Yosef Wolde-Mariam, Espen Lind, Ina Wroldsen, & Matoma, turn their chairs simultaneously. His voice was melodious and he could hit the high notes, which made for a mind-blowing blind audition. The next song on the list was ‘Hello’, sung by Kimberly during her blind auditions for season 8 of ‘The Voice Holland’. Waylon was the first to turn around and the rest of the coaches, Anouk, Ali B and Sanne Hans, soon followed.
Her performance was dynamic and she quickly hit the high notes. Next comes Matthias Nebel, a talented contestant in “The Voice Germany”. He sang the beautiful Bon Jovi song, “Bed of Roses”. At first he sang softly, but gradually he picked up the high notes. It was one of the best auditions the talent show has had in years. All the coaches were impressed with Nebel’s performance. The following excerpt comes from “The Voice Australia”, where the impressive Johnny Manuel rocked the stage with a phenomenal song, “Home”. It was originally sung by Diana Ross. Delta Goodrem, Kelly Rowland, Boy George and Guy Sebastian were blown away by the singer’s high notes.
Then Claudia Emmanuela Santoso, the Indonesian singer, turned her blind audition into a fantastic concert. She performed The Greatest Showman’s song “Never Enough” and stunned the coaches with her perfect high notes. In a brief excerpt from “The Voice Netherland”, contestant Emma Boertien performed the song “My Way”. Her beautiful voice stole the hearts of the coaches. Next comes the excerpt from Lauren Drew, a candidate for “The Voice UK”.
Then came Manu’s performance snippet of “The Voice Kids Columbia,” who performed the song, Chandelier. In “The Voice Holland,” Patricia van Haastrecht performed the song, “Rise Up” getting a “3-chair ride” instantly. Anouk was the last coach to turn around. She was amazed by Patricia’s fabulous high notes. Novi singing Titanium on “The Voice Indonesia” drove the audience crazy with her brilliant performance.
Marcia Trabulo incredibly held those notes as she performed The Greatest Showman’s “Never Enough.” Last but not least, Luke Swatman took the high note even higher. Her performance of “Il Mare Calmo Della Sera” on “The Voice UK” was a spellbinding opera performance.
